1. Overview

At ChargeSafe we know getting your order fast matters. We work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible so you can start charging smarter right away.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Standard Shipping 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. ChargeSafe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


5. Where We Ship

ChargeSafe currently ships to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally but are working on expanding to more regions soon.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please contact our support team.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

ChargeSafe is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If your package is still missing after 48 hours contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. ChargeSafe stands behind every product we sell.


9. Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. ChargeSafe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at  We will do our best to correct it before your order ships but cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing. If your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy.


11. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early during the following periods:

  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday
  • Christmas & New Year
  • Valentine's Day
  • Back to School season
